Shana Green Mango may be used immediately from frozen, making it a tidy and convenient way of enjoying the fruit at its best. INGREDIENTS Green Mango COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Mix Shana Green Mango with the salt and leave in a tight container for 1 day. This should create a brine. Take the Green Mango out of the brine and keep separately, making sure the mango is dry. Mix the red chilli powder, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds and turmeric powder together.
